The Integrative Evaluation is designed for individuals experiencing both physical tension and deeper health shifts. This visit combines a functional medicine assessment with a structural and nervous system evaluation to better understand how stress, physiology, and biomechanics are interacting. Together we identify the most important priorities and create a focused plan that may include targeted lab testing, structural care, and strategic next steps.

Initial Virtual Consultation
Experience a comprehensive consultation with Dr. Jackie, where you’ll discuss your current concerns, medical history, previous treatments, and treatment goals. This personalized approach helps us understand the root causes of your issues. After the appointment, we often order labs, unless they were already provided, and begin implementing lifestyle changes right away. You’ll receive an initial treatment plan at the end of this visit

Functional Medicine
Virtual Follow-up
During these visits, we may review your completed lab work and results, monitor your progress, and discuss any successes, challenges, or setbacks you may have experienced. We will delve into the details of your lab results and how they relate to your symptoms, providing valuable insights into what your body needs to restore health. Based on this information, we will adjust your treatment plan to better align with your individual needs.
COST: $150/SESSION
Functional Lab Review Express - Virtual
This consult is for patients who already have lab work completed and want an expert, functional interpretation without a long appointment. We’ll review your labs together, explain what’s relevant (and what’s not), identify patterns that may be contributing to symptoms, and discuss practical next steps. This is ideal for follow-up lab questions, second opinions, or making sense of results you’ve already received.
Focused Symptom Consult - Virtual
A deeper, symptom-focused consult for those dealing with fatigue, hormonal changes, stress-related symptoms, or feeling “off” without clear answers. This visit helps identify whether your symptoms are more likely driven by hormones, nervous system regulation, inflammation, nutrient status, or lifestyle load. You’ll leave with clarity, prioritized next steps, and a plan for whether further testing or care is appropriate.
