How Care at Axis Health Works.

At Axis Health, care is designed to be intentional, structured, and focused on long-term stability - not quick fixes.

Most patients begin with a comprehensive evaluation that looks at how your body is functioning as a whole - rather than isolating symptoms.

Step 1 - Choose Your Starting Point

Every care plan begins with a comprehensive evaluation designed to understand what’s actually driving your symptoms - not just manage them.

You can start in one of two ways, depending on your needs and preferences:

◆ Integrative Evaluation (In-Person)

A comprehensive, whole-body assessment that combines functional medicine, nervous system evaluation, and movement analysis to understand both internal and structural contributors to your symptoms.

This is the most complete starting point if you’re dealing with physical discomfort, movement limitations, or want a full-spectrum evaluation.

  • 60-75 minutes

  • $349

Functional Medicine Consultation (Virtual or In-Person)

A focused, systems-based consultation designed to identify internal drivers of your symptoms - including metabolism, hormones, gut health, immune patterns, and stress physiology.

This is a non-hands-on approach and works well for those seeking virtual care or primary internal support.

  • 60 minutes

  • $299

Step 2 - Build Your Plan

After your evaluation, we identify key patterns and create a clear, individualized plan.

This may include:

  • Targeted lifestyle and nutrition shifts

  • Nervous system support strategies

  • Functional lab testing (if appropriate)

  • Supplement recommendations (when needed)

  • Short-term or periodic follow-up care

Care is structured in phases - not rushed, not reactive - so your system can actually adapt and stabilize.

Step 3 - Targeted Support & Follow-Up

Some patients need short-term guidance. Others benefit from continued support as their system stabilizes and builds capacity.

Care after your evaluation is individualized and may include:

  • Functional medicine guidance

  • Lab interpretation and strategy

  • Nervous system regulation support

  • Movement and structural integration

Follow-ups are designed to be purposeful and spaced appropriately - focused on progress, not dependency.

Follow-ups and virtual check-ins are used to:

  • Refine your plan

  • Track progress

  • Adjust based on real response

The goal is not dependency - it’s resilience

Hands-On Support (When Clinically Indicated)

Targeted manual care used selectively to support movement, reduce pain, and improve nervous system function.

About Axis Health

Care centered on alignment, nervous system regulation, and long-term health.

I take a systems-based approach to health - one that considers structure, nervous system function, and physiology together.

Rather than chasing symptoms, care focuses on reducing the underlying stressors that keep the body from regulating and healing effectively.

My background in chiropractic and functional medicine allows me to support patients through both mechanical and physiological contributors to pain, sleep disruption, and chronic symptoms.

Care is thoughtful, measured, and personalized — with the goal of helping your body do what it’s designed to do.

How we support your health…

The LIFE ALIGNED Method

Care grounded in alignment, regulation, and long-term stability.

At Axis Health, our approach is rooted in the belief that health improves when the body’s systems are supported and aligned around a stable center.

We call this living Life Aligned - when your nervous system, movement, lifestyle, and environment work together to support long-term health.

Care at Axis Health may include a combination of:

  • Nervous System Support

  • Movement & Structural care

  • Functional Medicine & Metabolic Health

  • Recovery & Environment

When these systems work together, people experience greater resilience, energy, and long-term health.

All recommendations are tailored and based on individual need.

Care at Axis Health is build around how your system adapts - not just what symptoms you have.

Nervous System

Regulation

The nervous system sets the pace for healing. It influences pain, digestion, energy, sleep. and stress response.

When the system is stuck in a heightened state, the body struggles to adapt - even with the right inputs.

Care focuses on:

  • Reducing chronic stress signals

  • Improving parasympathetic activation

  • Supporting more stable sleep and recovery

This is the foundation everything else builds on.

Movement &

Structural Support

Movement restrictions and joint irritation can create ongoing signals that disrupt comfort , posture, and recovery.

Support focuses on:

  • Improving joint motion and mechanics

  • Reducing physical stress signals

  • Supporting better tolerance to daily activity

Care is gentle, targeted, and designed to work with — not override — the nervous system.

Typically integrated following an evaluation - not offered as stand-alone care.

Functional

Medicine

Functional medicine looks at internal patterns driving symptoms - not just the symptoms themselves.

This may include evaluating:

  • Metabolic and blood sugar patterns

  • Hormone and stress physiolog

  • Digestive and immune function

Interventions are layered in once the system is ready to respond.

Recovery, Sleep &

Capacity

Healing doesn’t happen during the day - it happens in recovery.

Care focuses on:

  • Sleep quality and rhythm

  • Environmental inputs (light, stimulation, irritants)

  • Nervous system down regulation

The goal isn’t just to reset — it’s the ability to recover.
